Entry” means a valid participation submitted via the Play4Lux platform or by free entry route.

Skill-based question” means a challenge requiring knowledge and judgment which determines eligibility for the draw.

• Answer a skill-based question correctly
• Only participants who have answered all skill-based questions correctly are eligible to be entered into the final draw. Incorrect answers will result in disqualification.
• Each participant is allowed only one attempt per competition. Multiple entries using different accounts or emails will be void.
• Complete the purchase by paying for the selected tickets Only one answer is permitted per transaction and applies to all tickets in the order. Entries are valid only after successful payment and receipt confirmation. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Entries must arrive before the closing date of the competition and are limited to one per person per draw. Free entries are treated in exactly the same way as paid entries.

Only participants who correctly answer the skill-based question will be eligible for the draw. The winner will be selected at random using a certified third-party random number generator. Upon request, a certificate of the draw may be provided. The result is final and binding.

The prize will be as stated on the competition entry page. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Luxorium Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value if necessary.

Any taxes, duties, or charges applicable in the winner’s country of residence shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prizes will be delivered free of charge to the address provided by the winner. Luxorium Ltd is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during delivery. Tracking information will be provided.

All entries are final. No cancellation or refund is possible after payment unless the product is defective or the wrong item has been delivered. In such a case, the participant must notify Luxorium Ltd within 48 hours of receipt.

By entering, participants agree that Luxorium Ltd may use their first name, country, and image (photo/video) for promotional purposes on its website, social media, and other media. Participants may withdraw consent at any time by contacting customer support. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Luxorium Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition, acceptance of the prize, or technical failures of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, website downtime, loss of internet connection, or third-party interference. Luxorium Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

You agree to use the PLAY4LUX platform in accordance with applicable laws and in a manner that does not negatively impact others’ use and enjoyment of the service. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Using the site in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Using the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes;
• Transmitting, uploading or disseminating any viruses, malware, spyware, or other harmful content;

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its related systems or data;
• Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation;

• Removal of offending content without notice;
• Issuance of formal warnings;
• Initiation of legal proceedings for reimbursement of all associated costs;
