Each competition will close either on the date specified on the competition page or once all available tickets have been sold—whichever occurs first. Luxorium Ltd may, at its discretion, extend the deadline up to three times, with a total extension not exceeding 30 days.

Only participants who correctly answer the skill-based question will be eligible for the draw. The winner will be selected at random using a certified third-party random number generator. Upon request, a certificate of the draw may be provided. The result is final and binding.

The prize will be as stated on the competition entry page. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Luxorium Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value if necessary.

Any taxes, duties, or charges applicable in the winner’s country of residence shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prizes will be delivered free of charge to the address provided by the winner. Luxorium Ltd is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during delivery. Tracking information will be provided.

All entries are final. No cancellation or refund is possible after payment unless the product is defective or the wrong item has been delivered. In such a case, the participant must notify Luxorium Ltd within 48 hours of receipt.

By entering, participants agree that Luxorium Ltd may use their first name, country, and image (photo/video) for promotional purposes on its website, social media, and other media. Luxorium Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition, acceptance of the prize, or technical failures of any kind.
